About the speaker:

Dr Neal has been in ministry for over fifty years, preaching and teaching in many nations; having established churches and Bible schools in many of them. He had dwelled in Singapore for over eleven years, and was formerly a Principal of Tung Ling Bible School. Having retired from a salaried position in the year 2002, Dr Neal now travels as an itinerant teacher.
