Ministry Partners

Since its inception, the ministry of Covenant Vision Centre has grown and God has not only convicted more to step out in faith and into the ministry, but also brought the existing partners to greater heights in their areas of ministry here.

1) Sis Shirley Khoo

Sis Shirley was a successful entrepreneur running her own business before co-founding Covenant Vision Ministry with her husband Rev Francis Khoo in 1998. Since then, she has been the Administrator of, and has overseen the operations of Covenant Vision Centre Singapore. She also coordinates the logistics for ministry teams going overseas, of which she is an active member. At the same time, she heads the Women's Action Ministry and has a heart to minister to women in crisis. Together with Rev Francis, they have 4 children.

2) Ps Andrew Teo

Ps Andrew had been working in audio visual for a multinational advertising agency for more than 25 years before joining Covenant Vision Ministry in 2004. He currently heads Covenant Vision Media & Resources and is responsible for the origination and production of audio visual materials for the ministry. He is also the facilitator of the CVC Prayer Powerhouse and has a strong passion for personal evangelism and discipleship. He is married to Mimi and they have 2 children.

3) Rev Henson Lim

Rev Henson was managing his own advertising agency for many years before joining Covenant Vision Ministry in 2004. He completed his theological studies with the Theological Centre for Asia and graduated with a Master of Divinity in 2006. Since then he has started the Covenant Vision School of Ministry. Besides his passion for teaching and preaching, he has a focus of helping families build strong Christian foundations and draws on his experience as a father of seven children.

4) Rev Wilfred Png

Rev Wilfred is the newest member of our ministry team. He is no stranger to the Covenant Vision family. He was a Covenant Vision ministry partner for 3 years (2004 – 2006) and is currently a CVSOM instructor. Rev Wilfred joins us with 28 years of experience as a pastor, teacher and missionary. Before this, he was actively serving in Cairnhill Methodist Church as chairperson of Discipleship and Nurture, and Co-director of the Healing Rooms Ministry.  His desire is to encourage believers to enter fully into all that God has provided for them in the gospel, and to live this life by taking God at His Word. He is married to Kathryn and they have 3 children.

5) Ps George Gunter

Having finished his Certificate in Worship & Creative Arts and Diploma in Ministries at Hillsongs Church, Sydney Australia, he joins us to head and extend the Worship & Creative Arts Ministry here at Covenant Vision. He will also be working with Rev Henson to bring modules on worship to the School of Ministry. Ps George is married to Belinda.
