Covenant Vision Ministry was founded by Bro Francis and Sis Shirley Khoo as a Transdenominational Christian Ministry with a view to extend love, provide hope, through faith in Jesus Christ.

To be a living bridge to a lost & needy world.

Our Mission
To provide Word-based, Spirit-led & Faith-filled Christian Teaching, Training & Ministry to fulfil the Commission of Jesus to preach the Kingdom of God to heal the sick and to set the captives free.


We seek to achieve through these pillars of action: ~

Networking
…with Local Churches, Christian Organisations and Institutions to facilitate the work of the Kingdom of God.

Equipping
… the Body of Christ with foundation teaching, training and ministry skills through seminars, conferences and teaching schools.

Establishing
…. the kingdom of God by mobilizing and targeting prayer and intercession through prayer meetings, rallies, prayer walks and other spiritual strategies.

Outreaching
… by organizing and staging evangelistic / healing meetings, rallies and crusades in partnership with Local Churches.

Demonstrating
… the love of Jesus Christ through social concerns, welfare and care projects.

Building
… Godly and positive family environment through marriage encounter / fellowship groups and ministry meetings with a view to raise up spiritual fathers, godly women and children.

Ministering
… by providing Christian counselling, healing and deliverance ministry.
