Our shipping policy has to be read in conjunction with the Covenant Vision E-Store’s Terms and Conditions of sale.

Postage is calculated based on weight, shipping destination, and packaging costs. For more information, please refer to our postage table.

Delivery must be made to a physical address (Both street name and number are required). No deliveries will be made to P.O. Boxes.

Local Customers

Fulfillment will be made through Singapore Post Registered Mail Service.

Shipping can take anywhere between 3 to 5 working days after Covenant Vision E-Store has received the order.

We do not deliver to:

1. Other offshore islands
2. Changi Airport Transit Lounges
3. MINDEF COMCEN (Bukit Gombak Camp & Paya Lebar Airport)
4. Changi Airfreight Centre
5. Jurong Island
6. Jurong Port
7. PSA Terminals/Wharves

International Customers

Fulfillment will be made through either Singapore Post Registered Mail Service or Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service. Covenant Vision E-Store reserves the right to decide which service will be used for fulfillment.

Depending on the destination selected delivery times will vary. However, subject to Customs Clearance, shipments may arrive 14 – 40 business days after Covenant Vision E-Store has received the order.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY

Covenant Vision E-Store reserves the right to add, delete or change this shipping policy without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand this policy each time an order is placed. When an order has been made and a change to this policy arises, you will be given written notice of these changes. At that stage, you may choose to cancel or reconfirm your order within 7 working days, after which no changes will be allowed. We will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you arising from a failure to react within the given period.
