YOUR ACCOUNT

1. You agree to take responsibility for the confidentiality of your user name and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
2. You agree to accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account or password.
3. You agree to indemnify Covenant Vision Centre and Covenant Vision E-Store in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password.
4. Covenant Vision E-Store may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
5. You should take the necessary steps to notify Covenant Vision E-Store should the security of your account become compromised.

PICTURES AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The picture of the product may differ from the actual resource. It is recommended that you read the resource description carefully before finalising your order.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

1. For each order, the customer must be aware that the price listed on the product listing is not inclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges for orders can be obtained from the shipping policy page and will be included in the invoice before confirmation of an order.
2. For each order, the customer must pay the applicable price for the relevant goods and any associated delivery and handling fee as confirmed by Covenant Vision E-Store.
3. Any changes in delivery charges will be communicated to the customer who will then have the option of confirming or cancelling the order.
4. Only payments via the methods stated in the shopping cart section of the website will be accepted.
5. Payment must be cleared before goods will be dispatched.

CUSTOMS

1. Any order from Covenant Vision E-Store for delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any import duties and taxes must be borne by the customer. These charges vary from country to country, and the customer should contact their local customs office for further information.
2. When ordering from Covenant Vision E-Store, the customer is considered to be the importer of the goods and is therefore responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.
3. Covenant Vision E-store excludes any liability for delays, charges or confiscation of goods that might occur in the customs clearance procedure.

DELAY IN DELIVERY AND NON-DELIVERY

We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of goods in the event that:

1. Payment has not been made.
   
   
2. The delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond the control of our agents and sub-contractors, including but not restricted to war, power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications, failure of transportation infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, legislation, natural disaster, strike, labour dispute or malicious damage involving employees.
   
   
3. You have changed your address without reasonable notice to Covenant Vision E-Store. Any change in address or relevant details must be communicated to us by written notice at:

RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDER

1. We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel an order in the event of price inaccuracies. The order may however be fulfilled at the correct price.
2. An order may be cancelled in the event that payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card cannot be obtained.
   

RETURNS

Covenant Vision E-Store will replace any defective product if returned within 30 days from receiving the product. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged or defective. Contact with the Covenant Vision E-store must be established and approval for return must be sought in writing before returning the item. The customer will however be responsible for the cost of postage and delivery

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Singapore and the parties hereto irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

LIABILITY

1. Our liability to you in the event of items being lost shall at our discretion be limited either to a replacement or a refund of the cost of the missing item.
2. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Covenant Vision E-Store reserves the right to add, delete or change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed. When an order has been made and a change in terms and conditions arises, you will be given written notice of these changes. At that stage, you may choose to cancel or reconfirm your order within 7 working days, after which no changes will be allowed. We will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you arising from a failure to react within the given period.
