First to share some good news. Sis Shirley and myself have joined the ranks of grandparents!! On the morning of Monday, On November 7th, Serena, our eldest daughter in Melbourne, called to tell us that she was going into labour....

She is the one on the front page of our TOUCH JESUS, HE HEALS! Newsletter , Issue 2/2005, sharing about how medical science had said that it was difficult for her to conceive, and how Jesus did otherwise. Anyway we arrived back in Singapore to hear that our first granddaughter had arrived, some 9 days early and making her presence known at 3.23 kg. Sis Shirley, is now in  Melbourne , earlier than scheduled, but experiencing the joy of being a grandmother. I will be going later to join her, leaving on early morning of Tuesday, November 22nd. Do remember us in your prayers.

We arrived in Perth, shivering, on the early morning of October 30th. We were met by Pastor Steve Hall of Kalamunda Church of Christ and by Bro James & Sis April Chua. By the time we cleared Immigration, Customs, check-in at Duxton Hotel and unpacked, it was already 3.00 am. I tried to go to sleep, but finally gave up at 4.00am and decided to pray instead. I started in tongues and as I continued to press in, 2 verses of scripture came to my mind, Jude 20 and 1 John 2:20 . I continued to travail in prayer until  it was time to get ready for the morning Sunday Worship Service at New Life Christian Church. I only realised later that God had a purpose in all this.

From the start of the Service, we could feel such a visible presence of God. During worship, I was on my knees. I was weeping as waves of His Love and presence flowed through me. When I started to preach, I was released in such a liberty and the power of the Holy Spirit. Did not know where I was coming from, but God did. Was led to release a Word for the Church. Was told to me later that it was an apt word in season for what the Church was going through. Many were touched and many came forward for prayers. The Pastor, Rev. Eu Yat Wan, asked me to pray for somebody. A succesful man, but a man needing Jesus. Brought to Church by a friend, and for the past 2 Sundays, Pastor Yat Wan had been asking him whether he wanted to accept Jesus into his life, but the answer had been NO! On this Sunday he came forward to Pastor Yat Wan and said YES TO JESUS! It was all about the anointing of the Holy Spirit to convict and convert. Glory to Jesus!!!

The anointing continued throughout the whole day. During worship at the last Service for the day at Mighty Living Waters Life Church , Riverton, again I was on my knees, overpowered by a heavy presence of the Love of Jesus. Continued to move under the anointing of the Lord, releasing not only a Word for the Church, but for Pastor Ranjan, the Senior Pastor. After the Sermon, the Holy Spirit anointed me and to make specific calls for ministry for various needs. Many responded, and were ministered to and touched by the Lord. Glory to Jesus!! 

On Monday, were blessed to have lunch with an old friend, Rev Richard Tan, the Pastor of the English Congregation of Perth Chinese Christian Church (PCCC). Dr Andrew Kam, an elder and others were also present. It was a first contact but walls seem to crumble as the presence of the Holy Spirit brought such a sense of kindred fellowship. That night we were to minister at a combined meeting of several PCCC house groups. There was a quiet uneasiness at first, but soon the love of Jesus began to flood the house. In the time of short worship, again I was on my knees, experiencing the overwhelming Love of Jesus and embracing presence of the Holy Spirit. Many were convicted by the Holy Spirit as the word was shared. An elderly couple accepted Jesus. There were recommitments and rededications. We released to move in the Word of Knowledge that caused faith to arise. We did not know them personally nor their individual needs, but God did! Some were touched and fell under the anointing. Questions were asked, since for many, it was a first time experience with the Holy Spirit.

At 7.00 am the next morning,we were in FGA Marketplace Fellowship Church's office at Broadway Centre. Again there was such a visible presence of God, with the Word shared and ministry following. At the end, Dr Chong Kwan Tek shared that we were recommended by a Church member who had been healed in our Ministry. He had checked us out with Rev Dr John Tay and added that he was very encouraged  that morning. He wanted to invite us to share at his Church Service that very Sunday. It was not to be, as we were already committed with morning Services and an evening Healing Service at Kalamunda Church of Christ. Nonetheless, we thank God for His Spirit of Favour!

On Wednesday, November 2nd , were blessed to share at a Lunch Meeting in the office of Bro Daniel Tan Gark Bin, who had a received a healing from Jesus at one of our meetings some years ago. Again there was such an anointing to move in the Word of Knowledge as well as a tremendous blessing to speak prophetically into so many lives. Hallelujah!

Thank God that the whole Perth program went well. At the 2 Healing Services organised by Full Gospel Marketplace Fellowship at the Acacia Hotel on Saturday night, and by Kalamunda Church of Christ on Sunday night, the hand of the Lord was present. The attendances were overwhelming, with hundreds responding to the call for salvation, rededication and for ministry in  each of the meetings. Instant healings, pain disappearing and testimonies were given to the Glory of Jesus.

The World Changers Missions Conference was well attended and the 4 Teaching Sessions were very well received. Many responded to the various challenges, including to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. The Senior Pastor of Kalamunda Church of Christ, Pastor Steve Hall, has a daughter-in-law who is from a conservative and traditional Brethren background. She was also one of those that responded and received the Holy Spirit. She was to share that coming from a Brethren background, she was always afraid of tongues and the works of the Holy Spirit. However the teaching had opened her understanding and she now hungers for the Holy Spirit. Glory to Jesus!!

The overall response has been tremendously encouraging, not only among the Asian Churches but also in the Aussie and Italian Churches that we had ministered in as well. During this visit, we saw such a visitation of the Holy Spirit, with over 80% of those attending responding to the call for ministry. Pastors from the various Churches have invited us to come back. We are really humbled by the anointing and what the Holy Spirit did in our midst. Praise God!

We want to specially thank Bro James and Sis April for driving us around the whole time. Was a bit afraid that it had been too taxing for them. They have shared otherwise, testifying that they were blessed as well as revitalised and refired by the Holy Spirit. Glory to Jesus!! 

We have accepted Dr Chong Kwan Tek's invitation to do the Special Dinner Outreach, and will be going back to Perth on November 28th. They have already booked Sunrise Restaurant at Bentley for December 3rd. We have also been scheduled to speak in the Sunday Worship Services, on November 4th, of Perth Chinese Christian Church in the morning and FGA Marketplace Fellowship in the evening. Bro James has told us over the phone that news of our coming back has got around and looks like a busy time again for Jesus. Praise God!

In conclusion, we do not believe that what has happened in Perth  was because of myself. No, forbid it that I should claim any glory! God had a given us a vision for Australia, some 4 years ago, with the Word that revival is coming to Perth  and the challenge to be part of it. As a Ministry we have said YES!! We then started investing in Perth with Sis Shirley and myself leading a Ministry Team there. Bro James and Sis April, were also on that Ministry Team. At that time we only ministered with one Church, and we were led by the Lord to do a lot of prayer walking. The Lord also led us to take plastic Tent Pegs, to write scriptures on them and to drive the same into the ground in specific places to symbolically take the ground for Jesus!! By Divine Appointment, we believe that the kiros of God is here and now!!

Do you dare to believe, to share this vision with us and be partakers of what God is doing right NOW? The season for seed planting and harvesting at the same time is here. The latter and the former rain!! It is now falling and will surely escalate Yes, not a moment more is to be lost. Join us with your prayers, your time and with your giving. Did Jesus not say in Matthew 6:21 that .." for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."   The choice is in your hands!!!
